Vineyard Lane Condominiums
For this award winning, sustainable community I was able to participate from the master planning stage through installation. The units are oriented around a central open space with a noise mitigating water course linking two ponds. The project includes extensive stone work, permeable paving in the roads, private paver patios with individual gardens, paver paths through the community, three community terraces and a rich and varied palette of plants offering year round interest. Native plantings help transition the gardens back into the surrounding woodlands.
